FAQs

Q?How long does it take for my piece of jewellery to be made?
A.

The time frame depends on how complex the design and my workload at that time.  It is best to allow 3 weeks minimum.  But I will do my best to accommodate deadlines for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Q?Will I need to come to your place?
A.

Not necessarily.  I frequently sketch designs and email them around Australia.  These are altered if necessary so you are completely satisfied before I start building the piece.

Q?Will I need to give you some money in advance?
A.

I will need a deposit of about 1/3 of the total cost.  This gives both you and I a commitment to the completion of your piece of jewellery.  If it suits you better we can organise a payment plan over several months so you can have the piece of jewellery you have dreamt of wearing.

Q?Can I pay by Credit Card?
A.

Yes.  I have an EFTPOS machine which will take a Credit Card but not Debit Card. That is another reason for your coming to my place

Q?Can I transfer money into your bank account?
A.

Yes, of course.  My bank details are on the Invoice or Quote.

Q?Can you buy gemstones for me?
A.

Yes.  I have access to wholesale gem merchants and with my knowledge of gemstones I can skilfully select one or two of the best available stones available for you to see.  This is particularly helpful if you want coloured stones.

Q?Can I bring my own gemstone?
A.

Yes, of course.  I often make pieces of jewellery using gemstones that a client has had for many years but haven’t known what to do with them.

Q?Can you re-make from old jewellery?
A.

Yes, of course.  I often smelt old jewellery, removing any gemstones and re-using the   metal and the stones in a new modern piece with your design or creating a design to         suit your style.

Q?What does Astrology tell you?
A.

At the time of your birth the planets were spread into different sections of the Heavens that are designated by the signs of the zodiac.  ALL the signs affect you not just your birth sign.  From the connections between these planets and what signs they were in at the time an astrologer can tell how you operate on this earth plane and what strengths and gifts you have.

Q?What do the Planets tell you?
A.

The planets represent different parts of you such as the achiever, the talker/learner, the negotiator, the lover of beauty, the enthusiast, for example.  Knowing how they play their part in your life and when they are activated can be very helpful.

Q?What can you tell me in an Astrology session?
A.

I listen to the issues that prompted you to seek my help.  Then I outline from the birth chart how that plays out in your life and why these issues are affecting you now and ways of relieving the situation.  Then I look at what the year will bring for you through the movement of the planets through that year.

Q?Can you help me in defining the right career path for me?
A.

Yes!  Your birth chart tells you the sort of traits that you will take into your career that will define the role you play in the best possible way.  It also shows how what personal talents you use that will benefit you financially.

Q?Do I need the time I was born for a session?
A.

It is preferable to know the time you were born or close to that time. Some hospitals keep these records.  It is worth asking your mother or older members of the family if they recall the time. This is not always possible and an accurate reading can be made without the time of birth.

Q?Can you help me in improving my relationship?
A.

The fact that you want to do that tells me that you are ready to make changes in your life.  The relationship with any member of the family be it your partner, a parent or a child, can be outlined and ways of dealing with tensions can be explained and how they might be released.

Q?Can you tell me what is going to happen in the next year?
A.

Astrology is always in motion forming cycles that form significant milestones in your life.  Looking at the movement of the planets and the cycles shows the sort of things that may arise each year that is very useful to be aware of such as opportunities that might come knocking, tensions at work, changes that might occur.
